Born and raised in Waukesha, I am a dedicated, honest, down to Earth Realtor whose goal is to provide you with a stress-free, low pressure experience. Unique in this industry, I leverage my knowledge and skill as a Licensed WI Appraiser to the benefit of my buyers and sellers. The appraisal process is vital in any financed transaction and coaching my clients through it is an added value I bring to my real estate business.  Deciphering the current market conditions, evaluating comparable properties and arriving at a fair market value is vital in an ever-changing market and I'm here to help you through that process. 

Professional Experience:

• Educational and professional background in Criminal Justice and Social Services working with juvenile delinquents, pregnant and parenting teens, special needs children and adults as well as elderly persons
• Owned and managed an in-home childcare business for 5 years
• Over 20 years in Customer Service including working for a commercial real estate firm
• 7.5 years helping families by and sell with Shorewest Realtors & Coldwell Banker
• 2 years as a licensed residential appraiser with TAC Appraisals 

Past & Current Community Involvement:

• Currently serve as the secretary on the Waukesha Park Foundation Board
• Supportive member of local non-profit "Broads for a Cause"
• Creator and owner of Waukesha based Facebook group "Waukesha Eats" with almost 23,000 active members
• Past volunteer of The Waukesha Women's Center, Parent's Place and Waukesha Juvenile Center
• One of my proudest accomplishments is raising over $10,000 for vicitims of the 2021 Waukesha Christmas Parade
